I am from the states but was looking for a rental (hotel replacement) and Lance took care of everything. He found and showed me furnished places in the my budget range. And he was very patient. My search took more than a few months and furnished places are much harder to find. He met me at random times and places in the city to chat and catch up on what was available and on Dec. 1 I moved into a great unit in a great building at a great price.
